Australia and New Zealand dominate the world market in premium dairy products. These two countries together export nearly half of all internationally traded dairy products. The Australian dairy industry is now firmly established as the world’s third largest dairy trader, with more than 50% of its milk production in 2012 being exported overseas.

Australian milk is a highly nutritious, safe and all natural. Government regulations ensure that milk and dairy products conform to food standards for quality, consistency and food safety. The composition of milk is governed by the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) Food Standards Code (the Code).  Dairy products produced in Australia and New Zealand, and certified by ANZFA meet the very highest standards of quality compliance, and are able to gain entry into all world markets as our industries follow world’s best practice.

To ensure the production of products prepared and delivered by our local manufacturer are safe and of the best quality, a food safety and quality program has been implemented that uses HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and ISO (International Organisation for Standardization) techniques to ensure that potential hazards during production processes are recognised and controlled. The principles of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) are also implemented from farm gate to factory floor to ensure a high level of hygiene is maintained at all times.
